Reline is an AI notepad. Users open a note and start typing like in any notes app; when a meeting, call, lecture, or in-person conversation begins, Reline records microphone and system audio directly on the device (macOS, Windows, Linux, and web) with no bot joining. A live transcript appears next to the user's own notes as the conversation happens, speaker-separated so the user's voice is kept apart from everyone else's, and on Google Meet a Chrome extension adds participant names. The original audio stays attached to the note, so any line can be played back later.

When the meeting ends, the typed notes and the transcript are merged into a summary. Reusable "Lenses" are summary templates that shape that output into a consistent format such as a decision log, action items, or a client recap, so a team gets the same structure from every meeting. Note templates do the same for the page itself, pre-filling an outline from the slash menu before the meeting starts. Notes are organized in folders and teamspaces, sync in real time, and keep version history. A chat feature answers questions across one note or a whole folder and quotes the transcript with timestamps and the source note.

Summaries and action items can be pushed to Slack, Linear, and Notion, sent anywhere through Zapier and signed webhooks, and read from Claude or ChatGPT through Reline's MCP connector. Transcription supports over 60 languages with auto-detect; the app is available in seven.

A free plan covers individuals. Professional is $15 per month or $12 per month billed annually, and Enterprise is $26 per seat per month billed annually.
