Overview
That is the shift. Most tools stop at an answer in a chat thread. Here the answer is the start, and the output is files you can take into your real work. Retrieval is iterative, not one shot: it searches, reads, and searches again until the answer holds up against your sources, and it is not limited by the model’s context window.
Three chat modes (Ask across your workspace, Focus a chosen dataset, Co-work a draft in a canvas), dozens of models in one plan switchable mid-thread, agentic workflows that run a single job across a whole library, and page-level citations checked after every call. The Community plan is free, no credit card, and your first session is ready in about 30 seconds. Built for people judged on the work they ship.

Releases 3
docAnalyzer has been rebuilt around a bigger idea: you leave with files, not just an answer.
When we first launched, docAnalyzer was a way to chat with your documents. Now the answer is the start. Ask across hundreds of sources and the workspace builds what you need out of that work: a report, a spreadsheet, a slide deck you can download and reuse.
What’s new:
- Chat to deliverable: compose answers into PDF, Word, Excel, slides, charts, and diagrams, and reuse any output in a later turn.
- A workspace, not a chat box: outputs build across turns instead of resetting.
- Workflows are now agentic: they run multiple rounds of search and read across your whole library instead of a single pass, with new ones added like SEO metadata and a Humanizer.
- Three chat modes, one engine: a new Ask docAnalyzer mode plans and runs work across your whole workspace, alongside Focus chat (deep analysis on a chosen dataset) and Co-work chat (shape a draft in a canvas).
- A rebuilt interface, with visibility into what the agent is doing while it works.
If you knew docAnalyzer as “chat with your documents,” it is worth another look. The Community plan is free, and your first session is ready in about 30 seconds.
New: XLSX/Excel Support
docAnalyzer now works with Excel files. Chat with your spreadsheets to:
- Analyze datasets and surface key insights
- Detect formula errors and inconsistencies
- Extract tables and cross-reference with other documents
- Run AI Agents across mixed doc types (PDFs + Excel + Word)
Upload any .xlsx file and start asking questions — no data prep required.

Im using it to pars through files for my bachelors Thesis it works great! Also used it to compile Papers and Sources on Software archtiecture and then generate a Agentic worklfow based on the papers. I apperciate the direct inclusion/integration of sources in the LLm.
Im using it to pars through files for my bachelors Thesis it works great!
DocAnalyzer is a highly reliable and efficient tool for document analysis. It provides clear, accurate, and well-structured outputs in a very short time.
It has been particularly useful for academic and professional work, helping to save significant time and improve productivity.
I highly recommend DocAnalyzer to anyone looking for a practical, dependable, and time-saving solution.
great for my thesis, safed me a lot of hours of work
I really love this platform but I have to deduct 1 star because the amount of credits used per prompt has gone up unreasonably. Most of my needed prompts now take 25-30 credits per prompt. Before, they were 5-7 credits per which was much more reasonable/useful.
This is the best tool for analysing multiple documents at a go. It is efficient, easy to use and as a student who needs to review a lot of documents in a short time, I strongly recommend.
a bit slow but better than other chat pdf interfaces, but credits usage is quite limited
DocuAnalyzer is fast, accurate, and incredibly easy to use. It distilled complex documents into clear insights in seconds and saved me hours. Highly recommend for anyone who needs reliable document analysis.
DocAnalyzer has proven itself to be a powerful and intellectually accurate tool for analyzing complex academic and philosophical texts. Its ability to work with highly abstract categories—epistemological, gnoseological, and pedagogical concepts—without losing the logical structure and internal coherence of the argument is particularly impressive.
What is particularly valuable is that the system preserves academic style, correctly cites sources, builds arguments, and distinguishes between normative and descriptive levels of analysis. This makes it a tool not only for automatic referencing, but also for methodological support of scientific work — from conceptualization to systematic synthesis!
docAnalyzer.ai is a fantastic tool! It quickly and accurately extracts information from documents, saving tons of time. User-friendly interface, powerful customization, great workflow feature, different ai models and excellent customer support. Highly recommend!
What I appreciate most about this tool is its workflow automation feature. In the past, submitting large PDF files to services like Claude or ChatPDF for summaries often led to inaccurate results. This tool's capability to automatically divide PDFs into smaller sections and process them individually using AI is brilliant. It greatly enhances the accuracy of summaries for documents exceeding 100 pages.
I have dealt with the founder for features that i need, firstly it is a great tool it worked very well for my finance firm. When i asked questions from the support team they are always here to help me and some complext features they agreed to help me out. cant recommend more of docanalyzer!
