Overview

Everest is an AI scheduling assistant that books your meetings and keeps your calendars in sync.

CC Everest on any email thread and it takes over from there — proposing times, negotiating with everyone on the thread, following up when someone goes quiet, and booking the meeting on the right calendar. It remembers the people you schedule with, from names and emails to time zones, so every subsequent round is faster.

Everest connects your Google and Outlook calendars into a single view and cross-syncs them, so nothing gets missed and no slot gets double-booked. Conflicts are surfaced and resolved automatically.

Privacy is built in: Everest has no access to your inbox and only acts on the threads you explicitly add it to.

It's built for busy professionals juggling multiple clients, calendars, and commitments.

Everest is a really thoughtful take on scheduling. I especially like the focus on making scheduling more personal instead of just sending another Calendly link. Managing multiple calendars in one place is also a genuinely useful feature for anyone juggling different commitments.

The product feels simple, practical, and focused on solving a real pain point. Excited to see how Everest evolves, especially around AI-powered scheduling and more personalized meeting coordination. Definitely worth checking out! 🚀

Hey TAAFT community, Charles here! 👋 I’m the founder of Everest. I started building it to solve two problems I kept running into: scheduling external meetings with people without defaulting to a Calendly link, and keeping several calendars organized in one place. I’ve been in sales my entire career but these days I’ve turned into an AI builder like everyone else on here? :) Everest’s mission is to make scheduling more seamless and give you time back. It should also make scheduling more personal too! Questions, feedback, or tricky scheduling situations? Send them my way!

Everest is really the kind of products I love: it doesn't pretend to solve all your problems, but does perfectly solve most friction points and issues around multi-calendar handling and meeting scheduling.

Everest is an AI scheduling assistant that runs the back-and-forth of booking meetings for you. Connect your Google and Outlook calendars and it keeps them all in one view, so your availability is always up to date and nothing double-books. It also remembers everyone you schedule with, so the next meeting takes less effort than the last.

CC Everest on any email thread where you are trying to find a time. From there it takes over: it proposes times that actually work, handles the back-and-forth with everyone on the thread, and books the meeting on the right calendar. If someone goes quiet, Everest follows up so you do not have to.
Do I need to install anything?

No app, no plugin, no link for anyone to click. Email is the whole interface: you CC Everest's address on the thread you are already writing, and it takes it from there in the same conversation.
Does the person I am meeting need an Everest account?

No. They just reply to the email like they normally would. Everest reads the thread and handles the rest, so the other side never has to sign up, install anything or learn a new tool.
How long does setup take?

Takes 2 minutes. Connect your Google or Outlook calendar, and the next time you need a meeting, CC Everest. That's the whole setup.
What calendars does Everest work with?

Google Calendar and Outlook, including multiple accounts. Everest reads across all of them and gives you one combined view of your availability, so work, side projects and personal time are all accounted for before anything gets booked. You can mix them freely — a work Outlook account alongside a personal Google Calendar works fine.
Can Everest negotiate meeting times on my behalf?

Yes, and it is the main thing it does. CC Everest on the thread and it suggests times, reads the replies, adjusts when someone cannot make it, and keeps going until everyone lands on a slot. You stay on the thread and watch it happen without writing any of it.
Can Everest schedule group meetings with several attendees?

Yes. Everest coordinates across everyone on the thread, not just one person, so a group meeting works exactly like a one-to-one — CC it and it finds the slot that fits all of them.

Yes. Weekly standups, monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews — whatever the cadence, Everest can set it up and keep it on the calendar.

Just say so. Reply in the email thread, or message Everest in the calendar app chat, and it handles the reschedule from there — finding a new time and notifying everyone on the invite automatically. You never have to write the awkward 'sorry, something came up' email.

If someone does not reply to a meeting proposal, Everest follows up for you. No sitting on a thread wondering whether to nudge, and no meetings quietly dying in someone's inbox. You hear about it when there is a time to confirm.

Google Meet links are added natively today, so the call is ready the moment the meeting is booked. Teams and Zoom support are coming soon.
