Overview
Each video is automatically summarized so you can immediately extract the signal from the noise and decide what actually matters. You work through your playlist step by step, mark videos as done, and always know what you’ve already covered and what’s next — turning passive collecting into active progress.
When a summary isn’t enough, TubeYakker lets you go deeper. Use the built-in AI chat to ask questions about the video, explore specific topics, or clarify details, and jump straight to the most relevant sections. Whether you’re researching, learning, or curating knowledge over time, TubeYakker gives you a structured way to turn playlists into understanding — without spending hours watching everything end to end.

Feels like the gap isn’t data, it’s turning that data into better content decisions.
Are your users mostly individual creators or teams managing multiple channels?
finally have a system for all those videos i save for research. it organizes everything and pulls key points so i can actually reference them later. been procrastinating on a scripting workflow forever and this solved it
TubeYakker works best when you treat it as a triage tool, not a replacement for watching. Seeing the total hours of video time you've processed is oddly motivating. As a playlist-processing workflow, it's genuinely useful.
The playlist workflow is the real win here. It finally gives me a way to work through saved videos instead of endlessly collecting them.
TubeYakker matches how I already use YouTube. Saving things for later and processing them bit by bit. The UI is pretty minimal, which I like, though it took me a minute to understand the intended workflow. Keep it up ;-)

The main purpose of TubeYakker is to provide you an easy workflow to digest the content of each video which you have stored in your YouTube playlists. Video by video. For this TubeYakker provides you a brief summary of the video and allows you to ask further questions to dive deeper. And when something catches your interest, simply click on a timestamp to jump directly to that moment in the video—so you can watch exactly the parts that matter most to you.
