merra is a conversational interviewer for first-round hiring. You set up an interview in minutes: add the role and description, choose up to five focus areas (technical skills, communication, problem solving, professionalism, cultural fit), pick duration (10–15 minutes), and tune the voice, tone, language, opening line, and follow-up style. Questions can be auto-generated or written by you, and you can set a pass threshold to flag strong submissions.

Candidates complete the interview asynchronously—no scheduling. Reviewers get a single 0–100 fit score, per-area evaluation with short notes, and the full recording with a searchable transcript, so it’s clear why a score was given. It works on its own (CSV in/out if needed), keeps video for 30 days by default, supports transcript retention per employer policy, and sends brief, constructive feedback to every candidate.

Run Merra on a req and it felt like a real first round. Candidates chat back and forth not a one way video. Setup took minutes and I picked the voice and questions.
