How to use Tips.io?
Start building instantly without credit card or email. Hover, click, edit, and publish simple websites. Use the smart editor based on VS Code with Tailwind class autocomplete. Choose AI models to change parts of your site individually.
How do the Trial and Free plans differ?
The Trial plan is designed as a brief introduction to Tips.io, offering a limited glimpse of our features. In contrast, the Free plan provides a more comprehensive set of basic functionalities, allowing users to delve deeper into our offerings without any financial commitment. To prevent spam, new Trial sites that are not converted to Free, simply by adding an email, are deleted.
What file types are permitted for upload on the Trial and Free plans?
Users are limited to uploading only HTML files, providing a basic level of content creation and site building. You can however use as many of our provided stock photos as you need.
Are there any restrictions on file types for the Premium plan?
The Premium plan comes with the freedom to upload any type of file, removing barriers to how you can build and present your content on Tips.io.
What is the refund policy? Or, you forgot to cancel, etc...
Pretty relax for each billing period. Just contact us and explain your situation. We are also not here to take your money if you are not happy with the site, if usage and visits was low (which we will know both).
What is the traffic capacity for my site?
Your site is capable of handling unlimited traffic under normal circumstances. However, in cases of extreme traffic, we ask that you contact us in advance. This allows us to ensure optimal performance and availability, as we reserve the right to manage traffic proactively to prevent abuse.
Can I make a website about anything?
No, we are not like traditional web hosting. Please refer to our terms for what type of content is not allowed.
Do file versions impact my storage quota? My storage count doesn't seem accurate?
Yes, each version of a file (including every page and page revision) that you save counts towards your overall storage limit. It's important to manage your file versions efficiently to maximize your available storage. You can delete versioned files in the "Files" section of the dashboard as needed. They are marked "hidden" by default. Other things such as form submissions or small configuration settings also will count against your storage.
What options are available if I exceed my storage limit?
Should you find yourself needing more storage, we recommend upgrading to the Premium plan for an immediate increase. For needs beyond what the Premium plan offers, please contact us to discuss custom billing options tailored to your requirements.
Can I add my EIN, VAT, or some other identifier to my invoice?
Yes, you have the option to add your EIN, VAT, or other identifiers to your invoice. This option is available under the "Manage Subscription" section of your billing settings.
Is non-credit card billing available?
