How to use Tiblio?
Sign up, set your strategy, and let Tiblio's Trade Desk automate every part of the Wheel Strategy, Covered Call strategy, or Share Accumulation through Put Writing Strategy.
How long is the free trial?
New members are able to join and receive an automatic 7 day trial as part of their new membership.
Will I be billed once my trial ends?
Yes, you will be automatically billed once your trial ends and at each renewal period. All of our memberships auto-renew.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by our payment partner, Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept Paypal.
Can I cancel anytime and get a refund?
You can cancel or pause your Tiblio membership at any time, and receive a refund if you cancel within your first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, we do not offer refunds on payments that have already been made.
Can I use Tiblio outside of the United States?
Tiblio's services are for trading the US financial markets. As long as you have a brokerage account providing access to US markets, then you can use our data.
Can I use Tiblio with my brokerage account?
Tiblio's data is independent of brokerage account. For features that require a brokerage account, namely the Trade Desk and Wheel Strategy algorithm, we support Schwab, tastytrade, TradeStation and Tradier Brokerage.
Do I need a separate membership for Tiblio AI?
Tiblio AI has been folded into Tiblio as Tiblio Trade Desk. This is a separate membership that includes trading using Natural Language through the Trade Desk and Wheel Strategy algorithm.
Do your screeners use real-time data?
Tiblio's option screeners use real-time data from a direct connection to the market database in Chicago which is at most a few milliseconds delayed from market. Once we pull data it takes a few seconds for us to crunch it and deliver it to you through the screeners.
Do I need a membership to join Discord?
No, anyone can join the Discord server, however, you do need a membership to access specific, member only features available through Discord such as alert notifications.
