What types of documents can I convert?
We support brand documents (Design Manuals, Brand Guidelines, Playbooks), writing samples (articles, blog posts, books) for Author mode, and Tone of Voice guidelines. Upload whatever defines your style.
Which file formats are supported?
PDF, DOCX, and TXT files for content. For Designer mode: SVG/PNG/JPG/GIF for logos, WOFF2/TTF/OTF for fonts. ZIP archives are automatically extracted. Scanned PDFs use OCR automatically.
Which languages are supported?
We detect 50+ languages automatically. Optimized for English and German, works well with French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese. Author mode detects your writing language automatically.
What about scanned PDFs or image-heavy documents?
Scanned PDFs are processed via OCR automatically. Image-heavy documents may have limited extraction. For Author mode, text-heavy documents work best.
What's the difference between Preview, Marketer, Author, and Designer?
Preview (free, ≤15 pages): Fast test extraction. Marketer ($5+): Verified rules for SEO, Ads & Brand Guidelines. Author ($8+): Analyzes your writing style to create a Style-Fingerprint. Designer ($12+): Visual assets, color palettes, JSON export for design systems.
What is the Author mode / Style-Fingerprint?
Author mode analyzes your writing samples (articles, blog posts, books) and creates a unique Style-Fingerprint: your sentence patterns, tone dimensions, signature phrases, typography preferences, and what makes your voice recognizable. Upload more pages = better fingerprint. AI can then write in YOUR style.
Why does Designer cost more?
Designer includes visual assets: color palette PNGs, page screenshots, JSON export. You can upload original logos (SVG, PNG) and fonts – they'll be included in the skill package. Essential for design systems.
Is there a page limit?
Preview: 15 pages. Marketer, Author, Designer: 200+ pages. For Author mode, more pages = better Style-Fingerprint. Very large documents are chunked automatically.
How reliable is the extraction?
Every rule includes the exact quote from your document with page reference – you can verify it. Marketer and Designer modes check if the rule matches its evidence and flag potential "overclaims" where the AI might have inferred too much.
What does "overclaim detected" mean?
An overclaim is when the extracted rule is stronger than what the evidence actually says. For example, if the document says "Logo should be placed in corners" but the rule says "Logo MUST be placed in corners". We detect and flag these automatically.
