Including Exa and Tavily is an interesting call - most trackers stop at the consumer assistants and ignore the retrieval APIs that agents actually call. Do the results diverge much between those two groups? My assumption is that the API side leans harder on freshness and clean structure while the assistants lean on established sources, but I have not seen anyone publish a proper comparison.
