What is Threado AI?

How to use Threado AI?
Connect internal knowledge sources like knowledge bases, CRMs, and product documentation to Threado AI. Install it on Slack, Discord, MS Teams, or as a Chrome app. The AI Agents will then provide instant responses to queries.
What features will I be able to use in Threado's free trial?
The free trial gives you access to Threado’s Pro Plan some of the highlights of which are - up to 2500 queries answered, 5 seats, an embeddable widget and training the bot on Zendesk/Freshdesk Articles, Confluence, Notion, PDFs and URLs. After your free trial ends (after 14 days), you will automatically be moved to the Free Plan where the bot will respond only to 15 queries a month, 1 seat and limited training sources which are URLs and PDFs.
How do I know which pricing plan is perfect for me?
Threado’s pricing plans take into account multiple factors like the number of queries answered, training sources and seats required. If you need up to 2500 queries answered per month, the Pro plan is perfect. If you’re a larger enterprise or have smaller needs, you can speak to us for a custom pricing plan.
What if I want to cancel my subscription to Threado?
Cancelling a subscription is just as easy as starting one. After you’ve cancelled your subscription, whichever Threado Plan you were using will be valid till the date it was paid for. Following that, you will automatically be moved to the Free Plan but can upgrade to one of the Paid plans anytime.
How are the ‘queries answered’ counted?
A query is considered answered when the bot can find a relevant answer to the question asked. If the bot is unable to respond it will not be counted. You can also top-up this count as an add-on at the price of $10 for 50 additional queries.
What if my needs change and I need to switch to a different plan?
You can always upgrade or change plans whenever you need to but it’s important to know that the upgrade will take effect after the current plan ends. For the Enterprise plan, we will assign an account manager that will serve as your point of contact for any queries, questions, or doubts that you might have.
