Start GDB Server

JLinkGDBServer -if SWD -device MKL27Z64xxx4

TODO: Document getting JLinkGDBServer installed and setup:

• Install JLink driver for SDA connection to development board
• ? Maybe some stuff from my gdbrc?

Attach to GDB Server
