I tried to get this all working in 5? 6? hours. Did not happen.
It is a light that can have its intensity changed. I will likely
link the youtube video here.
This "wi07" library is still in its infancy. It's for use with the
ESP8266 chips. It uses the UART on the AVR to communicate.
