Heaviside 1
Heaviside 1 is a 350M parameter foundation model for electromagnetics. It takes fully 3D structures together with material properties and excitation patterns and predicts electric (E) and magnetic (H) near fields at arbitrary locations, from which quantities such as S parameters follow. It was trained on 250k unique 3D designs covering 500B field samples and runs about 10^5 times faster than commercial solvers while staying within 1 dB of them.
