GlucoFM
GlucoFM is a self supervised foundation model for continuous glucose monitoring data. It uses a dual stream transformer architecture that separates slow glycemic trends from short term deviations, pretrained on over 109,000 hours of unlabeled CGM recordings from 477 subjects to produce representations useful for metabolic health prediction.
