Dots3-Note Preview is Rednote HiLab's (Xiaohongshu) 280B-parameter mixture-of-experts model with 16B active parameters, a 512K context window, and multimodal understanding of text, images, and audio. Optimized for complex reasoning and long-horizon agent tasks, it matches or beats much larger models on coding, reasoning, and search benchmarks using a new TEMPO reinforcement learning method. Released open source under Apache 2.0.
