Structured data model

CENO

CENO is a family of long-context generative genomic world models (300M, 600M, 1B parameters) combining Mamba, sparse attention, and mixture-of-experts layers. It models DNA from single-nucleotide grammar to megabase-scale chromatin organization, supporting variant-effect scoring, sequence reconstruction, and regulatory sequence generation.
