The MCP server provides Model Context Protocol access to Intercom data. Supported clients include Claude Code, Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code. Read access covers conversations, contacts, companies and Help Center articles; write access covers creating and updating articles. Requires a US-hosted workspace.
