MIH Holdings Limited was the corporate investment and technology arm of Naspers, operating as the vehicle through which Naspers made its internet and technology investments in Asia, including the landmark $32M acquisition of a 46.5% stake in Tencent in May 2001. MIH Holdings oversaw Naspers' pay-television, internet, and technology activities globally. The Tencent investment was held through MIH Holdings and its subsidiaries (MIH Internet Holdings B.V. → MIH TC Holdings). MIH's operations were later reorganized under Prosus (listed 2019).
