How to use Vuala?
Connect your email accounts and online portals to Vuala. The software automatically extracts invoices from these sources and sends them to your preferred accounting program (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.).
Which invoices are downloaded and at which frequency?
In the case of invoices in emails, Vuala scans your email every 6 hours to find new invoices. Every week, it scans your email for the past 7 days to ensure that no invoices have been missed. For invoices from online portals, Vuala runs the scan every 2 weeks to detect new invoices.
