How to use ViewOn?

To use ViewOn, enter the URL of the website you want to review, check the automatically generated screenshot, and select from up to 11 different expert review types to receive personalized video feedback and actionable advice.

How long does it usually take to generate a review?

A review is typically generated within 60 seconds. However, during peak times or when handling a large volume of reviews, it may take up to 10 minutes.

Why does the preview step take so long?

The preview step typically completes within 20 seconds. However, if the website being previewed is particularly complex, it might take a bit longer. In rare cases, issues may arise, but you'll receive immediate feedback if something goes wrong. As long as the spinner is active, the process is progressing as expected.

When should I use the "Inaccurate Preview" button, and what does it do?

You should use the "Inaccurate Preview" button if the website preview appears inaccurate or has visual defects. We offer multiple methods to correct these issues. If the initial preview isn't ideal, simply press the button, and we'll attempt to generate a better version. Don’t worry—you can always revert to previous previews if they turn out to be more accurate.

Which languages are supported?

Currently, only English is supported. This means that the website you are previewing should be in English, and the resulting review will also be in English. While you can try websites in other languages, we cannot guarantee the quality of the reviews generated for non-English sites.

Can I share the videos, and are there any restrictions?

Yes, you can share the videos. However, according to our Terms of Service, users are prohibited from generating or distributing video reviews of websites that cover certain restricted topics. Outside of these limitations, you are free to distribute the videos as you wish.

Can I request a specific expert to review my site?

We are constantly adding new experts, but if you have a specific expert in mind for your review, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through the contact section. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
