To use TranslateAI, users upload their Excel product catalog file. The system automatically analyzes the file, counts tokens, and provides an instant quote based on the selected service (Translate & Proofread, Proofreading only, or Text Generation) and chosen AI models (GPT-5.2, GPT-5-mini). What is a token in AI translation pricing?

Yes. During checkout you can enter your company name, billing address and VAT ID. After payment, Stripe generates a tax‑compliant receipt or invoice that you can use for your accounting and VAT reporting.
