How to get my sales received payments?
After you add your bank account info to Stripe Connect, your payments will be directly deposited into your account after each order delivery. The transaction service will be subtracted, which includes electronic payment costs.
What countries that Tradvo support?
Tradvo supports many countries, including North America, the Middle East, and the Gulf States.
What is an Order thread?
Whenever a customer asks for a quote on your ad, a conversation thread is opened between you as a seller and the potential customer. You can manage the customer inquiry on an open thread starting from the Request for Quotation (RFQ), Customer Chat, and Order Fulfillment.
How the number of Order threads is limited?
Based on your subscription plan, you can simultaneously respond and interact with a limited number of open RFQ threads. At any time, you will always be able to receive any number of RFQ threads. However, you may need to upgrade your plan limit to interact and respond to these new threads simultaneously.
What is an Offer post?
As a seller and probably a page owner, you can post special offers to your ads page followers. Tradvo will notify your followers in different ways, including emails.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you cancel your subscription at any time. After the cancelation, You will continue leveraging the paid plan features for the current payment period, but you will not be charged again on the next payment cycle.
What are my payment options?
You primarily can be billed monthly, but you can save some cost if you pay annually. We currently accept credit card payments through Stripe.
