Overview

The Academic Digest is a research digest service that scans academic papers from over 290 peer-reviewed journals, such as Nature, Science, Cell, NEJM, PNAS, bioRxiv, medRxiv, and arXiv.

It delivers a curated list of relevant papers to the subscriber's inbox every week, based on their specified research interests and keywords. In addition to a list of papers, the service also extracts and provides structured key findings from each paper.

The tool is designed to help researchers stay abreast of developments in their field without the need for time-consuming searches in databases and reading abstracts.

The Academic Digest further enhances its offerings with premium features like deeper ranking and smarter curation, linking every paper to its citation network, and author h-index ranking.

This tool is beneficial to researchers looking to discover relevant work from unexpected fields, track work across multiple areas simultaneously, and catch important research ahead of peer review.

It also supports the Center for Open Science, Room to Read, and Evidence Action through 20% of its revenue from subscriptions.
