After that time, users on a monthly subscription can cancel at any time, 48 hours before the next payment is due, to keep their account from entering the next month’s payment cycle (you’ll lose access to the site at the end of your billing period). Annual users will not receive refunds (after the 14-day period), but canceling your annual account means it will not auto-renew the following year (you’ll maintain access to the site until the end of your billing period).
