Does my store need to be a certain size before I can use the AI model?
Promi's AI model does require a certain amount of data to train and predict visitor price sensitivity. As a rule of thumb, we find that stores with over $500K in annual revenue start seeing the benefits of the model. Below this, merchants are still able to take advantage of our custom targeting fields.
My store has a lot of custom code. Will Promi still be able to integrate to update prices?
Promi has an automated integration that should only take 5 minutes. If you are using your compare-at price field, Promi will likely be able to integrate without a problem.
