How to use GetInvoice?
Users can sign up for free and connect their email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) to automatically find and extract invoices. GetInvoice also extracts invoices from web portals using a Chrome Extension and processes physical receipts via Telegram or WhatsApp bot. Extracted data can be exported to accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Business Central, or cloud storage like Google Drive and Google Sheets. Users can set custom AI rules for tagging and classification, and reconcile invoices with bank statements.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new plan will also be prorated and applied immediately.
What happens if I exceed my monthly invoice limit?
If you exceed your monthly invoice limit, you'll still be able to use GetInvoice, but you won't be able to process additional invoices until your next billing cycle begins or you upgrade to a higher plan.
