How many team members can I add to my account?
The number of team members you can add depends on your subscription plan. The Starter plan allows only 1 user (yourself). The Pro plan allows 3 users in total (1 main user + 2 others). The Business plan allows 6 users (1 main user + 5 others).
What types of team members can I add?
We offer three distinct roles for team members: Agent, Manager, and Admin. Agents can view and make changes to the entire chat history but cannot invite other agents. Managers can invite agents and edit/manage everything inside the chatbot, but cannot invite other managers. Admins can invite and remove other admins and managers.
