The Earth plan is priced at $59 per month and is designed for small businesses looking to start a business around chatbot services. It includes 30 chatbots and all the features of the Mercury plan. The Jupiter plan is priced at $99 per month and is aimed at agencies looking to sell chatbot services to their clients. It includes 60 chatbots and all the features of the Mercury plan. All the plans have no character limits by Cloozo and allow you to add your own OpenAI and Pinecone details. The Mercury plan includes 'Powered by Cloozo' branding, while the Earth and Jupiter plans do not have any branding.

Yes, absolutely! Cloozo is focussed on agencies and small businessed, empowering them to start there own commercial chatbot services. Each chatbot can be created with its own openAI and Pinecone API key, making it completely unique and separated from the other ones.

Due to the nature of subscription services, we do not provide refunds for any payments made on Cloozo. All sales are final and there will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your billing cycle.
