What is a credit?
A credit is consumed each time you generate a new diagram. Exporting existing diagrams doesn’t consume additional credits. You get 10 free credits to start with. After that, you only pay for what you use.
Do credits expire?
No, your credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are using Stripe for payment processing. Depends on where you are, you can use your credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Cash App, Link or Klarna.
Can I get a refund?
Since requests are processed by 3rd party AI services, we cannot offer refunds on what you have used. But if you made a purchase by mistake and have not used any credits, please contact us via email [email protected] and we will refund you.
