How to use ChatFlow?
To use ChatFlow, users can add their website or PDF content for training data. The platform automatically trains ChatGPT on this data, and then the chatbot can be deployed by pasting the embed code into the HTML of the website.
Is there a free plan?
No, there is no free plan available. But you can click on the chatbot icon at the bottom right of this page and try the demo.
How do I train the chatbot?
Right now, we support training the chatbot via URLs, PDFs or manual training. You can just enter a URL or upload the PDF and the chatbot will be trained on all the content present on that page. Or you can manually train your chatbot.
What type of content can we use to train the chatbot?
You can use any type of content to train the chatbot. The more content you provide, the better the chatbot will be able to answer the questions.
How do I add the chatbot to my website?
Each chatbot gets its own unique URL, you can embed the chatbot on your own site via the embed code we provide. You can even directly link to the chatbot from your site. Or ask our AI chatbot to guide you through setup.
How does it integrate with other chat providers like Crisp, Intercom etc?
At the moment, ChatFlow has no direct integration with other chat providers. But this is definitely in our plans and we are working on it and will be available soon.
Do you use ChatGPT or GPT-4?
Right now, ChatFlow uses ChatGPT for all the chatbots.
