How to use AI-Responder for HostAway?

Install the Chrome extension. The AI will use property details, guest information, and past conversations to automatically generate responses to guest inquiries.

How does AI know what to say?

It draws on three sources of information: Property-specific knowledge document, guest data, and previous chat history.

What specific type of AI is it?

While in beta, we interchangeably use OpenAI GPT-4o and GPT NeoX 20B.

What is the quality of the responses?

In our tests, AI responses had a quality score of 4 (good) or 5 (great) in 88.2% of the cases.

What about mobile, platforms besides HostAway, and other browsers?
